1. Introduction

1.1 This policy on the collection and processing of personal data (hereinafter “the Policy”) describes how Puredent ApS (hereafter “us”, “we” or “our”) as a data controller collects and processes personal data about you when you visit, use and / or shop on www.puredent.dk, one of our subdomains of Puredent.dk or otherwise use or buy our services and / or goods (hereafter collectively our “Product”).

3.3 We also process personal data about you when we have a legal obligation to do so, including as required by the Accounting Act, cf. GDPR, Article 6 (2). 1, subsection c.

3.4 If we send direct marketing to you, including by e-mail, we ask for your prior consent in accordance with the provisions of the Marketing Act.

3.5 Where we process your personal information on the basis of your consent, you can always withdraw your consent by contacting us at the contact details listed at the bottom of this policy. If you withdraw your consent, we will delete the personal data that we have processed based on your consent, unless they can continue or need to be processed, for example to comply with a legal obligation.

 

4. Do we disclose your personal information to others?

4.1 We will only disclose your personal information to others if permitted or required by law.

4.2 We use external companies as suppliers to provide our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are called data processors and, in some cases, process your personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. 5. How long do we keep your personal information?

6.1.6 In certain cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data on the basis of causes and circumstances relating to your particular situation.

6.1.7 You have the right not to be the subject of an automatic decision without human interference, unless the decision is necessary to fulfill a contract between you and us, to provide a service to you or the undertaking is authorized by law or your express consent.

6.1.8 If we have obtained your consent for part of our processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, after which the personal data collected on the basis of your consent will be deleted.

6.3 We endeavor to do everything possible to meet your requests regarding our processing of personal data. if you still want to complain, this can be done to the Data Inspectorate (datatilsynet.dk).

 

7. Privacy Policy Recruitment

7.1 Upon receipt of the application and supporting documents, the submitted material is read by the relevant manager for the purpose of answering and assessing the content in relation to a defined job. Application and attachments are shared internally with relevant people in the recruitment process and are not passed on to others outside the company. Application and attachments are saved until the right candidate is found and the recruitment process is completed. After that, the application and attachments will be deleted.

For unsolicited applications, the application and attachment are stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which it is deleted.

If the application and supporting documents are stored for more than 6 months, separate consent is obtained from the candidate.

 

8. Changes to this Policy

8.1 The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and change this Policy. If we do, we will correct the date and version at the bottom of the page. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our website.
