Sales and Delivery terms
These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of products and /
or services provided by Puredent ApS.
Upon acceptance of delivery of products and services, accepted
the terms of this Agreement as well. This agreement is at all times
applicable unless a separate purchase agreement has been entered into
Puredent ApS.
Ordering products and services
Products can be ordered from Puredent ApS per. telephone, letter and email
writting to order@puredent.dk. An order can be canceled by Puredent ApS, after
Puredent ApS’s own discretion.
Prices
Prices, specifications, delivery times and terms are stated in quotations, price lists or on request. They are subject to change without notice, cannot be transferred and only apply to new purchases from Puredent ApS.
PuredentApS makes reservations for typos, errors in prices or
omissions resulting from abuse of a domain and its functions owned by Puredent ApS.
All prices are ex stock and excl. VAT, fees and shipping costs may vary. Prices, products, product mix, bundling or exchange rates are subject to change without notice.
Delivery
When purchasing products from Puredent ApS, Puredent ApS is the standard
terms of sale and delivery at any time. Delivery times are usually few business days. Delays may occur
delayed delivery of goods from Puredent ApS’s suppliers. Puredent ApS’s delivery time is therefore always an estimated delivery time. Puredent ApS disclaims any responsibility to the buyer in the event of delayed delivery.
Reservations are made for printing errors as well as changes in product specifications and composition.
Shipping
Package shipments are made with Courier or local postal services according to applicable tariffs. Regular shipping is invoiced by weight and applicable tariff. Urgent delivery is invoiced corresponding to Puredent´s ApS additional expense.
If the item on receipt shows signs of transport damage, the buyer must even contact the carrier. Puredent ApS is not responsible for coverage of transport damage.
Terms of payment
The customer must pay all invoices, for products and / or services, following the payment terms stated on the invoice, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing. After the due date, 2.00% interest is calculated per annum. started month as well as 12 euro in reminder fee.
Complaint
If the item, or parts thereof, turns out to be defective / defective (manufacturing and material defects), the buyer has one year’s notice period from the date of receipt.
Complaints must be notified to Puredent ApS as soon as possible after the goods
receipt and within reasonable time after the time the buyer
has or should have discovered the defect. Puredent ApS is committed to,
within a reasonable time, to remedy the defect.
The right of complaint lapses if the defect is caused by the buyer;
for example, due to improper handling, unauthorized repair
or use, and if the item has been connected incorrectly or with incorrect voltage / current.
Return of goods
Puredent ApS will only return goods by prior arrangement. By
credit is charged a management fee of 10% of the invoice amount.
Is the item not complete and thus cannot be resold to another
customer, is deducted an amount equal to the cost of doing
item complete again.
Costs for the return of the item to Puredent ApS are incurred
the customer. Orders are not returned. Shipping costs are not credited.
Privacy Policy
Puredent ApS understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. Puredent ApS will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. Puredent ApS will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent Puredent ApS, pursuant to the Product Liability Act or in addition, can be made responsible to the buyer, is Puremed’s responsibility limited to product liability and thus does not include liability for
delayed product delivery, possible lost earnings, transportation costs or operating losses.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, Puredent ApS not responsible for any consequential damage, special or indirect damage. Puredent ApS assumes no responsibility as a result of the buyer legal relationship with third parties.
Puredent ApS is not responsible for any damages that exceed the invoice amount for the applicable product.
